Product Description

Features and main purposes:
TR－86A is a kind of unsaturated polyester resin synthesized with main raw materials of phthalic anhydride, propylene glycol and a small amount of neopentyl glycol, having dissolved in styrene. It features low viscosity and medium reactivity. With excellent mechanical properties, it is used in injection molding crafts, especially suitable for the production of artificial stone products, featuring excellent strength, toughness and water resistance, weathering resistance./p>

Note: (1) Casting matrix sample is made according to GB/T8237-2005; with temperature of 25°C, curing system: promoter RCA 1.0%, Curing agent M-50 1.5%.

(2) Post-curing treatment of casting matrix: room temperature×24 Hours+60°C×3 Hours+80°C×2 Hours;

Notes:

1. Prior to using, please stir the resin evenly in the packing barrel, or pour it out and stir evenly.

2. Transportation shall comply with the provisions of Chapter V of Regulation on the Safety Management of Hazardous Chemicals of the State Council. The product should be stored in a cool environment where the temperature is below 25°C and avoid fire and isolate heat source. The shelf life of storage below 25°C is 3 months.
